1. Introduction to Touch Typing

Touch typing ka matlab hai bina keyboard ki taraf dekhe, apni finger memory aur muscle coordination ka use karke speed aur accuracy ke saath type karna.

Correct Typing Posture:

  • Back straight: Apni peeth ko seedha rakhein aur comfortable chair ka use karein.
  • Elbows angle: Elbows ko lagbhag 90 degrees ke angle par rakhein.
  • Eyes position: Screen aur aankhon ke beech 20-25 inches ki doori honi chahiye, aur screen aapki eye level par ho.
  • Wrists: Apni kalaiyon (wrists) ko desk par rest na karne dein balki thoda upar utha kar rakhein taaki fingers keys par easily reach kar sakein.

Golden Rule:

Shuruaat me kabhi bhi **Speed** ke peeche mat bhaagein. Sabse pehle **Accuracy** par focus karein. Speed regular practice ke saath apne aap improve ho jayegi.
